The YWCA of Greenville has been named the non-profit partner for Dillard-Jones Builders' 2008 Southern LivingŪ Custom Builder Holiday Show House which will open to the public in December. The fully decorated, 4,000+ square-foot "green" residence will be open in Tuscany Falls for holiday tours Dec. 6-7, Dec. 11-14, and Dec. 18-21. As the non-profit partner, the YWCA of Greenville will accept donations during the three-week Southern LivingŪ Custom Builder Show House tour. The organization also will hold special fundraising events, and receive proceeds from a raffle conducted during the tour. "The YWCA of Greenville is both proud and honored to have been selected as the non-profit partner for the 2008 Southern Living Custom Builder Holiday Show House tour. We hope this opportunity will allow us to re-introduce the YWCA of Greenville to the greater Greenville community," said YWCA Executive Director Phyllis Martin. "Through this new partnership with Dillard-Jones Builders, we look forward to educating the community about our mission and programs dedicated to empowering women through business, education, and leadership."
