Dillard-Jones Builders held a groundbreaking celebration on Thursday, June 2, signaling the beginning of construction on a new custom home in The Cliffs at Mountain Park. Designed by The Johnston Design Group LLC of Greenville, this home will have approximately 4,300 square feet of heated space and more than 2,200 square feet of outdoor living space.
The home is being built for EarthCraft House™ certification and will feature a geothermal heating and cooling system. The home's exterior will be stucco and stone with rough sawn timber accents.
