The Cliffs at High Carolina

Located in the Carolina Preserve, The Cliffs at High Carolina is only minutes from Asheville NC, a city widely regarded as one of America's best places to live for its wealth of cultural and outdoor offerings. Perched on a mountaintop meadow in the Blue Ridge Mountains, The Cliffs at High Carolina spans approximately 3,000 acres with elevations reaching up to 4,000 feet above sea level and views stretching over 50 miles. 

This Cliffs community is the site of the first Tiger Woods designed course in America. A walkable golf course for players of all skill levels, all 18 holes receive southern exposure of sunlight resulting in year-round playability at 4,000 feet elevation.  

The Cliffs at Walnut Cove will include a state-of-the-art Wellness Center, along with a team of nutritionists, exercise physiologists and conditioning specialists. A village area will include an Inn and Spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a clubhouse with a cafe and market.
