Southern Living® Renews Dillard-Jones Builders, LLC in Custom Builder Program

GREENVILLE, SC - Dillard-Jones Builders, LLC has been selected for the second year to be part of the Southern Living® Custom Builder Program.

Dillard-Jones is one of 100 builders chosen for the 15th annual builder program sponsored by Southern Living magazine, the eighth largest monthly consumer magazine in the United States with a circulation of 2.8 million reaching 16 million readers monthly. Each year, Southern Living selects builder members based on their reputation among local businesses and consumers; strength of presence in their respective markets; superior quality and attention to detail; and innovative style. Builders are required to re-apply each year and are evaluated by Southern Living to assure they have met the standards.

Dillard-Jones built its first Southern Living Builder Program tour home in 2007. The 4,200-square-foot house in Griffith Farm drew more than 2,300 visitors during last year's Tour of New Homes, and won five awards in the $600,000 and higher category including Best Floor Plan, Best Landscaping, Best Interior Merchandising, Best Kitchen and Best Master Bath.

Dillard-Jones Builders specializes in custom residential construction ranging from the mid $400,000's to more than $2 million. The company presently is building in several Upstate communities including Acadia, The Cliffs Valley, The Cliffs at Keowee Springs, The Cliffs at Mountain Park, The Cliffs at Falls South, Greywood at Hammett, Tuscany Falls and Griffith Farm.
