The Southern Living Custom Builder Program recognizes homebuilders who have a demonstrated track record of quality and success. Builders must not only demonstrate superior quality and attention to detail in their homes, but also have an excellent reputation among consumers and the local building trade. Members of the Southern Living Custom Builder Program must exhibit strength in the marketplace, building a minimum of five homes per year, and be financially sound with excellent credit based on reviews of supplier and financial information.

Dillard-Jones Builders has an excellent staff that includes two site managers, a customer advocate, and 100-150 trade specialists on its job sites each day. We have excellent credit and banking relationships, and dedicated vendor partner support.
