Our process includes budgeting, site assessment, home design, custom construction, and a move-in and warranty checklist. We work closely with residential architects and our in-house designer to ensure that the home design is the best match environmentally, architecturally and aesthetically for the home site and the homeowner. We build anywhere - on your land and in many fine communities across the Upstate region of South Carolina.
