Dillard-Jones Builders, LLC will debut its first Southern Living Custom Builder Member Tour Home – a 4,200-square-foot residence in Griffith Farm – during Greenville’s Tour of New Homes the first three weekends in September.
The house is Southern Living’s Hazelwood Ridge plan designed by Kennesaw, GA-based Frank Betz Associates Inc. It features a Boral Brick Pastel Coat brick and stone exterior, a two-story foyer, four bedrooms, three-and-one-half bathrooms, double- and single-car garages, and expansive outdoor living space.
The home’s fully decorated interior will showcase the sophisticated styles of some of the Upstate’s top interior design companies including The Galleries of Brian Brigham, Scheiner & Co. Interiors, Designs Of The Interior, Fowler Interiors and Zaidee Estella’s. The tour home also will feature a complete home theater by Fusion Systems, custom plaster treatments by Verismo Custom Italian Plasters, and landscaping by Terra Vista Landscapes.
The Southern Living Custom Builder Member Tour Home at 152 Griffith Hill Way will be open to the public during the 2nd Annual Tour of New Homes presented by the Home Builders Association of Greenville and the Greenville Journal. Tour dates and times are Noon until 6 p.m. Sept. 7-9, Sept. 14-16 and Sept. 21-23. The scattered site tour is free to the public, however donations will be accepted at the Southern Living Tour Home to benefit Habitat For Humanity of Greenville County. Dillard-Jones Builders will match attendee donations up to $2,500.
Griffith Farm, an 80-home planned community located off Circle Road in Greer, was selected as the site for Dillard-Jones’ first Southern Living house plan because of its family-oriented character and traditional style.
