Dillard-Jones Names Interior Design Team For 2010 Southern Living Showcase Home

GREENVILLE, SC - Dillard-Jones Builders, LLC has selected the interior design teams of Bogari, The Galleries of Brian Brigham, Jeff Lynch, and SH Designs for its 2010 Southern Living® Showcase Home now under construction in the Claremont community of Greenville. The Showcase Home will open to the public on Fri., Nov. 5.

The 2010 Southern Living Showcase Home by Dillard-Jones Builders is a custom design by The Johnston Design Group, LLC of Greenville, a nationally recognized leader in sustainable architecture. A LEED For Homes project, the home will be certified ‘green’ by the U.S. Green Building Council. It also will be incorporated into the Southern Living collection of national house plans as the Custom Builder Program’s first collaborative design/build project.

The 3,971-square-foot Showcase Home is an open floor plan with five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Special features include a chef’s kitchen, media room, study, laundry room with hobby space, carriage house, and outdoor living space that includes a screened porch and outdoor fire pit. Designers and their selected areas of the 2010 Southern Living Showcase Home are: Bogari - master suite and kitchen; The Galleries of Brian Brigham -family room, dining room and powder room; Jeff Lynch - Jack and Jill bedroom and bath, screened porch and outdoor living areas; SH Designs Inc. - guest suite, foyer and loft; AV Innovations - media room. The study will feature a mix of traditional and contemporary designs by Bogari and The Galleries of Brian Brigham.

The 2010 Southern Living Showcase Home will be the third Showcase Home built by Dillard-Jones Builders since being named a member of the Southern Living Custom Builder Program in 2006. In 2009, the Greenville-based company was named the Southern Living Custom Builder of the Year for its successful presentation of the 2008 Southern Living Holiday Showcase Home in Tuscany Falls. Dillard-Jones Builders is the first South Carolina homebuilder to receive the prestigious national Builder of the Year award from Southern Living.

Title sponsors of the 2010 Southern Living Showcase Home by Dillard-Jones Builders are Claremont Development LLC and GBS Lumber /JELD-WEN.
