LLC, has been named 2009 Southern Living Custom Builder Member of the
Year by the Southern Living Custom Builder Program, and will be
featured in the November 2009 issue of the magazine.
A member of the Southern Living Custom Builder Program since 2007,
Dillard-Jones Builders is the first South Carolina homebuilder to be
selected a Southern Living Builder of the Year. The Greenville, SC
company received the 2009 award for its successful presentation of the
2008 Southern Living Holiday Show House in Tuscany Falls. The award was
presented during the annual Southern Living Builder Conference held
Feb. 20-21 at Ross Bridge Resort near Birmingham.

feel at home,” said Brent Warren, Manager of the Southern Living
Builder Programs. “They have a vested interest in providing every
customer a great experience and a remarkable home that will be
treasured for generations.”
The Southern Living Custom Builder Program is an invitation-only
network of nearly 100 builders from across the country. Builder members
are selected based on their reputation among local businesses and
consumers; strength of presence in their respective markets; superior
quality and attention to detail; and innovative style. Builders are
required to re-apply each year and are evaluated by Southern Living to
assure they have met the standards.
“This program is intended to be a service to our readers,” Warren
said. “We look for individuals who can build a home using our quality
partner products; a home that reflects a story you might see in the
pages of Southern Living.
