Dillard-Jones Builders, LLC Announces Ownership Change

Thomas Dillard, president of Dillard-Jones Builders LLC, has announced an equity buyout of the Greenville-based company from founding partner Bryan Jones. Jones will continue to serve as a consultant for the custom homebuilding company and the name of the company will remain Dillard-Jones Builders, according to Dillard.

An owner-operated company established in 2003, Dillard-Jones Builders LLC specializes in custom residential construction ranging from the mid $400,000's to more than $2 million. The company was a Merit Award winner in the 2006 Home Builders Association of South Carolina Pinnacle Awards, and that same year was named a member of the exclusive Southern Living Custom Builder Program.

"Bryan has been an integral part of the success of Dillard-Jones Builders," Dillard said. "We appreciate Bryan's desire to serve in a consultancy role with Dillard-Jones while he pursues other business interests."

Dillard-Jones Builders presently is building new homes in several Upstate communities including The Cliffs Valley, The Cliffs at Keowee Falls South, Greywood at Hammett, Acadia, Tuscany Falls, Greythorne, Griffith Farm and Knightsbridge.
