Dillard-Jones Builders Announces Interior Design Team for 2008 Southern Living® Custom Builder Show House

GREENVILLE, SC - Dillard-Jones Builders LLC has announced that the interior designs of The Galleries of Brian Brigham, Scheiner & Co. Interiors, Zaidee Estella's Interiors & Fine Living, JP Collections and Kay Concepts & Design LLC will be on display at the 2008 Southern Living Custom Builder Show House, which will open to the public on Sat., Dec. 6. The 4,000+-square-foot residence in Tuscany Falls also will feature a wine cellar by Kessick LLC, a fitness center by Power Fitness, a learning center by Workspaces Inc., and an in-home theater by Wire It Pros.

The 2008 Holiday Show House is Walker's Bluff, a Southern Living® plan by residential designer Rick Gary that features a mix of materials and design elements that blend bungalow, country, and Southern influences. The four-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house now under construction will feature a brick and stone exterior, front porch with seating area, covered patio with terrace, a balcony off the master suite, and a three-car side entry garage. Interior features include a dining room with butler's pantry, family room with vaulted barrel ceiling and stone fireplace, two-story study, open kitchen and breakfast room, learning center, media room, fitness center, and wine cellar.

The fully decorated Show House will be open to the public Dec. 6-7, Dec. 11-14 and Dec. 18-21 in Phase I of Tuscany Falls, a new community now under construction on Scuffletown Road in Greenville. Consumers can follow the progress of the Dillard-Jones Holiday Show House and learn about events planned during the three-week tour at Greenville Online and in Sunday editions of The Greenville News beginning in September. Special tour events will include wine tastings, candlelight tours, Realtor luncheons, and child safety days with visits from Santa.
