Dillard Elected 2010 HBA of Greenville President

GREENVILLE, SC – Thomas Dillard, CGP, founder and president of Dillard-Jones Builders LLC, has been elected 2010 President of the Home Builders Association of Greenville. Dillard was installed during the local homebuilders association’s 50th Anniversary Celebration held on Jan. 16 at the Embassy Suites in Greenville. As President, Dillard will guide the programs and initiatives of HBA of Greenville, which include educational, professional development and networking programs for members, as well as consumer events such as the Southern Home & Garden Show to be held March 4-7 at Carolina First Center in Greenville. Dillard established Dillard-Jones Builders, LLC in 2004, specializing in custom residential construction ranging from the $500,000’s to more than $2 million. The company became a member of Southern Living Custom Builder Program in 2005, and in 2009 was named the Southern Living Custom Builder Member of the Year - the first South Carolina homebuilderto win the award. Also in 2009, Dillard earned the Certified Green Professional designation from the National Association of Home Builders, and founded Elevations LLC, a residential renovations company.
