2011 Pinnacle Award, Home Builders Association of South Carolina

The 2010 Southern Living Showcase Home in Claremont scored another award with the 2011 Pinnacle Award from the Home Builders Association of South Carolina. The Pinnacle Awards are given annually for outstanding craftsmanship in the construction and remodeling of quality homes, and for excellence in sales and marketing throughout the state.

2011 Southern Living Custom Builder Member of the Year

Southern Living magazine named Dillard-Jones Builders LLC the 2011 Southern Living Custom Builder Member of the Year - the first company to win the prestigious national award twice. A member of the Southern Living Custom Builder Program since 2007, Dillard-Jones received the 2011 award for its successful presentation of the 2010 Southern Living Holiday Showcase Home at Claremont in Greenville SC. A premier lifestyle and entertainment magazine of the South, Southern Living is the 8th largest monthly consumer magazine in the United States, based on readership. It reaches nearly 16 million readers each month and has a circulation of about 2.8 million.

A member of the Southern Living Custom Builder Program since 2007, Dillard-Jones received the 2009 award for its successful presentation of the 2008 Southern Living Holiday Show House at Tuscany Falls in Simpsonville, SC.

Thomas Dillard, founder and president of Dillard-Jones Builders LLC, was featured in the August 2009 issue of Southern Living magazine. The article announces the Greenville, SC homebuilder as the 2009 Southern Living Custom Builder Member of the Year, and includes a photograph of Dillard and an interior photograph of the family room of the 2008 Southern Living Custom Builder Show House, which was designed by interior designer Brian Brigham Lehman, owner of The Galleries of Brian Brigham in Greenville, SC.

2007 Tour of New Homes Best of Show $601,000+

Dillard-Jones Builders won five out of nine awards in the $601,000+ Category of the 2007 Tour of New Homes Best Awards. The Southern Living floor plan, Hazelwood Ridge by Frank Betz Associates, won Best Floor Plan, Best Interior Merchandising, Best Landscaping, Best Kitchen and Best Master Bath.

The Southern Living Showhouse in the Griffith Farm community of Greer, SC was among 100 houses on display during the three-weekend Tour of New Homes, drawing the highest attendance on the tour with ore than 2,300 visitors.
