Dillard-Jones Builders LLC was founded by Thomas Dillard and Bryan Jones after the two friends built their first spec home together in 2003. A mechanical engineer, Thomas has worked as a plant engineer, project manager and a regional sales manager. Bryan grew up in a building family in Florida and always knew his heart was in construction. After a stint in the Air Force and working for major machinery manufacturers, Bryan decided to return to his building roots. Together, Thomas and Bryan bring a wealth of project management and design experience, solid business practices, and customer care knowledge to Dillard-Jones Builders.

Dillard-Jones Builders has experienced steady growth since its founding, averaging 20 new home starts annually and 150 contractor specialists on its building sites each day. To better service its clients, the company recently opened an outdoor living subsidiary, Terra Vista Landscapes. And in 2006, Dillard-Jones Builders LLC was named a member of the Southern Living Custom Home Builder Program– one of only 100 builders nationwide to achieve membership in this exclusive group of quality companies.
